Our skilling programme teaches trades that need little capital and have a ready local market: liquid soap and detergent production, tailoring, small-scale agriculture, hairdressing and basic computing.
Each course ends with a starter kit rather than a certificate alone, so that a graduate can begin trading the same week. We follow up at three and six months to see whether the business has held.
